Speculation surrounding small-screen actress Naznin Nahar Niha’s romantic relationship has resurfaced after she shared photographs from Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, hinting that she may have tied the knot.
Last June, Niha announced on social media that she was in a relationship by updating her status to “in a relationship”. However, she did not clarify whether it was a romantic relationship, an engagement or a marriage.
On Sunday, the actress shared two photographs on social media that have sparked speculation about her marital status. In one photograph, a man is seen embracing her in front of the holy Kaaba. Both are facing the Kaaba, leaving their faces out of view.
In the other photograph, the two are seen holding hands, with the Kaaba in the background.
Accompanying the pictures, Niha wrote: “A chapter we chose to keep private, now a journey we’re happy to share. Alhamdulillah for the beautiful bond Allah has blessed us with, and for bringing us together to His sacred house. May it always be filled with Barakah.”
Her message has further fuelled speculation that she has married.
Niha has not disclosed the identity of her partner.
Earlier, rumours circulated about her relationship with a young man from Pakistan, but the actress never commented on the speculation. She has yet to reveal whether the man featured in her latest photographs is the same person.
