The national selection panel of the Bangladesh Cricket Board on Sunday named the squad for the first Test against Australia which starts in Darwin on 13 August.
The squad will depart for Australia on 31 July.
The visitors will play a three-day warm-up match against a Cricket Australia XI from 6 August before the opening Test.
The second and final Test will start in Mackay on 22 August.
