The Bangladesh Secretariat will be relocated from its current site on Abdul Gani Road to Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the capital, at the site of the former trade fair ground.
The proposal to relocate the secretariat was approved at a cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman at the Secretariat on Sunday afternoon.
