The Chhatra Dal’s Private University wing has approved partial committees at 44 private universities across the country.
The committees were approved on Saturday by Md Abu Huraira, president of the Private University Chhatra Dal, and M Rajibul Islam Talukder Bindu, its general secretary, said a press release.
According to the release, the committees were approved to “strengthen the organisation’s activities at private universities, expand its organisational network, and promote students’ rights.”
The universities include: North South University, Dhaka International University, Eastern University, Primeasia University, University of Asia Pacific, University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS), and Bangladesh University, among others.
