After concluding his visit to Malaysia, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman arrived in Dalian city in China, on Monday 9:30pm China local time, 7:30pm Bangladesh Standard Time.
Upon his arrival at Dalian International Airport, he was welcomed by Bei Yang, Vice Governor of China’s Liaoning Province, Yao Wen, China’s Ambassador to Bangladesh, and Md. Nazmul Islam, Bangladesh’s Ambassador to China.
From the airport, the Bangladesh PM was taken to his hotel residence through an official motorcade.
Tarique Rahman is expected to have a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping at Great Hall of People on June 26, 2026.
According to the schedule, on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, Tarique Rahman is expected to hold a meeting with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the World Economic Forum.
