A new generation of Bangladeshi entrepreneurs is emerging with innovative ideas and a global outlook amid the rapidly evolving landscape of the global economy and international trade.

Among them is Md Nur Alam Mia, who is building a career focused on international trade, technology-based solutions and strengthening commercial ties between South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Nur Alam was born on 1 November 1992 into a respected family in Dhaka. His father is a retired Bangladesh Army officer, and his mother is a homemaker. Growing up in a disciplined and values-oriented family among two brothers and two sisters, he developed a sense of responsibility, perseverance and public service from an early age. Later, his keen interest in business, economics and international development encouraged him to establish himself as an entrepreneur.

The main focus of Nur Alam’s work is not limited to traditional business; rather, he focuses on multidimensional areas such as technology, investment, fashion, education and corporate prosperity. He especially emphasises the digital transformation and technology-driven solutions to survive in the current competitive global market.

Sharing his views on international cooperation, Nur Alam said, “Innovation, adaptability and the right strategic partnerships are the keys to success in the global market. Creating jobs and achieving economic progress through entrepreneurship should be our main focus.”

He works to create sustainable relationships among different regions, people and business opportunities around the world. His core leadership philosophy includes ethical business practices, strategic planning and a strong commitment to making a positive contribution to society.

As a member of Bangladesh’s new generation of business leaders, Nur Alam believes that the right combination of innovation and global partnerships can help strengthen Bangladesh’s presence in the international market.
