Two teenagers were stabbed to injured by muggers in Dhaka’s Motijheel area late Saturday night.
The incident occurred around 12:00am in the capital’s Arambagh area.A group of three to four muggers intercepted the victims , Borhan, 16, and Jihad, 17 when they were passing through the area.
According to the reports, the miscreants attempted to snatch Tk 5,000 from the teenagers and stabbed them during the robbery attempt, injuring them in different parts of their hands.
The injured were later taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for treatment.
Inspector Md Faruk Hossain, in-charge of the hospital police outpost, confirmed the incident.
