During Ramadan, many people leave their offices on time but are unable to reach home before iftar due to various reasons.
To offer some relief to such individuals, super shop Shwapno has taken a distinctive initiative. Before and at the time of iftar, Shwapno is distributing dates and sharbat free of charge to pedestrians, ordinary citizens, and working-class people.
This initiative will continue throughout the entire month of Ramadan.
According to Shwapno authorities, this small effort is intended to support those who are unable to return home on time due to traffic congestion and other challenges in the city.
Primarily, Shwapno has undertaken this initiative considering people who cannot reach home in time for iftar and as part of its social responsibility.
It is worth mentioning that approximately 1,600 people are being served free iftar daily from a total of 44 Shwapno outlets in Dhaka and outside Dhaka.
