A total of 127,695,183 citizens are eligible to vote in the 13th National Parliamentary Election, according to the final voter list released by the Election Commission (EC). The draft list had recorded 127,612,384 voters, indicating a slight increase after final verification.
EC Senior Secretary Akhtar Ahmed briefed reporters on Tuesday (18 November) in front of his office at the Election Commission headquarters in Agargaon, revealing the updated figures.
According to the secretary, the voter list includes individuals who turned 18 by 31 October 2025. “The final voter count stands at 127,695,183,” he said.
Of the total, 64,814,907 are male voters, 62,879,042 female voters, and 1,234 third-gender voters. The EC reports that the growth rate of male voters is 2.29%, while female voter registration increased by 4.16%.
Earlier, on 3 November, the EC published the updated draft voter list. The draft had recorded 64,760,382 male voters, 62,850,772 female voters, and 1,230 third-gender voters.
The secretary added that those who turned 18 by 31 October 2025 have been included in the new list, making them eligible to vote for the first time in the upcoming national polls.
