President Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir yesterday visited Evercare Hospital in the capital to see Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan.
During the visit, the president inquired about the minister’s physical condition and treatment and wished him a speedy recovery, said the President’s Press Wing.
The LGRD minister was admitted to the Evercare Hospital with respiratory and cardiac complications on October 21 and is undergoing treatment there.
Moyeen Khan, also a member of the BNP Standing Committee, is being treated under the supervision of Evercare Hospital physicians Dr Atikur Rahman, Dr Ziaul Haque and Dr Zafar Iqbal.
